Online Parkinson’s seated yoga began last Saturday 7th February 9.30am – 10.30am with the lovely Leena and was very much appreciated by all. The first ‘taster’ session was free of charge. We now start our 6 week trial, from Saturday 14th February. We are asking anyone who feels able to make a donation towards the costs.
